Here's how to play mother of hades "STACK ATTACK".

You purchase 1 ticket to play and you receive the next oddity on the stack. 

These oddities are generally Framed but some may be un-mounted OR in domes due to their sizes. Oddities in the stack include mounted butterflies, small taxidermy critters, articulated skeletons, crocodile skulls (this comes with a permit to own it also as we have permits to sell!), framed faeries and cryptids!

Your stack grab will be posted on the mother of hades instagram stories @motherof.hades - sorry but when that expires we cannot retrieve the video. we send the stack grab out to you! 

Please note these are real specimens and animal and insect products - not replicas. If you have any phobias or absolute DO NO WANTS please include this in the note sections at checkout.

When you play you accept you are purchasing the next item on the stack, whatever it is! fate decides your next treasure.

Care instructions - please keep specimens out of direct sunlight / areas with intense heat or sudden temperature changes. If you ever notice any unwelcome guests (household wrigglers, crawlers etc - book eating bugs found around the home), specimen can be placed in a bag and frozen for a week. 

This product may contain glass. Handle with care!

Shipping

- Outside of peak seasons, orders are posted out midday Tuesday and Friday
- Some items, like soaps, are made to order and can take a little longer to ship
- Items are sent Regular Post: Approx 1 - 7 Business days within Australia
- To check Australia Post delivery times and express areas check their site here.
- Tracking is provided on all orders.

Orders Outside Australia
- International orders are sent via Australia Post - Pack & Track
- Approx. delivery time 5-14 business days
- Parcels can unfortunately at times be delayed due to several factors such as transit delays, customs clearance delays, public holidays, postal strikes and natural disasters.

Please note, customers outside Australia may also be liable for any customs, import duty or additional charges. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. We suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order. We will not be liable for any custom or import duties.

Return policy

We want you to LOVE your purchase! However we understand sometimes life happens you can change your mind.

- We request for all returns to be received by our warehouse within 30 days of your delivery date. International buyers must ship within 14 days of receiving your items.
All items must be returned in original packaging.
- Items must be in original condition. No tears, marks, scuffs, animal fur, makeup or cigarette smells.
- Makeup or any opened hair or beauty products cannot be returned due to Australian Health and Hygiene regulations
- We reserve the right to reject any items that are returned in unsaleable condition.
- We recommend you use a trackable method of postage to ensure your item is returned to us safely.
- You are responsible for return shipping.
- Please pack the products safely to ensure no damage during transit. I am unable to process refunds or exchanges on stock damaged in transit back to me. It is the customer's responsibility to pay all freight charges to return the item. I suggest you track your return, as I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit and can not process any returns if I do not receive the item.
- Refunds will be by original payment method.
- For store credit, we’ll send you a confirmation email along with a store credit information.
- Discounted, sale items and items purchased through promotional deals or coupon codes are returned for exchange or store credit only.
- Preorder items are only able to be returned for an exchange or store credit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
- Oh no! If you believe have an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us immediately on hellomermaidsalon@gmail.com with a picture of any issues and we will sort it out for you immediately. No need to go through the returns policy

GET PAYPAL TO PAY! - If you paid for your order through PayPal, you can claim your return shipping costs. (Australian customers only).
- Simply Activate Refunded Returns on your PayPal Account
- Complete the PayPal request form, add the postage receipts and submit the request within 14 days of returning your purchase.
- PayPal will process your refund request within 5 business days and if accepted will refund directly into your PayPal account.
